Established in 1913 as a trading post Bibo Bar has always been family owned and operated. As you can guess by the name it is no longer a Trading Post but now a destination right off of Historic Route 66! Weather you are looking for a cold drink or an amazing green chili cheeseburger this is your place to come! Off the beaten path and many times referred to as the best kept secret in New Mexico, just North of I-40 exit 114 and 11 short miles on NM Highway 279 you find this jewel of history and some good eats!
